Notice on the publication of photos and videos under the German Art Copyright Act (KUG)

By entering and staying at the campsite, the camping guest generally agrees that photos and videos taken of them and their family during this stay may be stored, processed and published by Campingplatz Hetzingen. No personalisation by naming the full name takes place (at most the first name).

The images and videos may be used for the following purposes:

• Publication on campingplatz-hetzingen.de
• Publication on social media platforms (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• Display in the newsletter of Campingplatz Hetzingen
• Press work

The guest is aware that they receive no remuneration for the publication. They may withdraw or restrict their consent to the publication and use of photos and videos of themselves and their family members at any time. Otherwise, this consent is valid indefinitely, granted tacitly by entering and staying at the campsite, and provisionally ineffective (= it remains valid until a written revocation is issued).
