Hetzi, Our AI Phone Assistant
A new "team member" is now taking on responsibility at our campsite – and he comes with quite a story. Two years ago, we symbolically buried our very first camper, "Hetzi", in front of reception, complete with a deposit-bottle of Kölsch and a gravestone that still marks the spot today. That tongue-in-cheek tale became the starting point for a very real digital project.
